The license is valid for one year from the purchase date for a single user.

Are updates and support included?

Yes. Customer support and new VHelper updates are included during the one-year subscription period.

Can my organization pay by invoice?

Yes. Use the invoice request button above or email support@trananswers.com with your organization and billing contact information.

How do I receive an activation key?

After purchasing, open Help → Register in VHelper and send the displayed serial number to support@trananswers.com. We will provide the corresponding activation code.
